Andrew Bacon, PT, DPT, cert vestibular/concussion

Andrew graduated from Drexel University in 2018 with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy and has been practicing in an outpatient setting in the Philadelphia area since that time.

Andrew values his ability to treat patients with a wide variety of acute, persistent, and complex pain in any body region, and his certification in Vestibular and Concussion rehabilitation allows him to treat limitations stemming from these diagnoses. He recognizes the importance of viewing each patient as an individual and their diagnosis as being unique, requiring a personalized approach based on their specific needs.

Born and raised in Tucson, Arizona, Andrew moved to Philadelphia for graduate school in 2015 and has since fallen in love with the city. He loves traveling, exploring the region, and keeping up with the latest happenings around town.

Danielle carfaro, PT, DPT

Since graduating from Temple University with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy, Dani has helped patients of all ages and abilities to improve their well-being and quality of life.

Dani has helped patients of all ages and abilities to improve their well-being and quality of life. Her holistic approach to care has helped patients become more aware of their bodies to create and maintain lasting health improvements. With a background in gymnastics, collegiate cheerleading, bodybuilding, dance and yoga, Dani combines her knowledge and experience to assist her patients in achieving their individual physical therapy goals.

Dani grew up in the Poconos, and as a former Penn State cheerleader, she bleeds blue and white! She enjoys staying active with a variety of activities like yoga, snowboarding, road cycling, hiking in the national parks, and relaxing at the beach. You might catch Dani in a handstand in fun places around the city.

Alexandra grambone, PT, DPT, Schroth cert

Alley earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Kean University and has served patients in Greater Philadelphia ever since.

Over the course of her career, Alley has demonstrated professional excellence in outpatient orthopedics treating a variety of patients with a wide range of conditions and pathologies.  She has developed a particular interest in treating various neurological disorders and is certified in LSVT-BIG (a specialized treatment method for patients with Parkinson’s Disease).  She is certified by the Barcelona Scoliosis Physical Therapy School in the Rigo Concept for treatment of scoliosis. Alley is also proficient in the treatment of sport-related injuries with added emphasis on the clinical management of ankle and hip pathologies.  She endeavors to deliver first-class care to her community regardless of diagnosis!

As a New Jersey native (holds for applause), Alley enjoys spending her free time convincing Philadelphians that the best pizza is at least two hours north of the city, hiking and camping in national parks, and exploring new restaurants with her boyfriend.

Zachary Jeznach, PT, dpt, cert vestibular/concussion

Zach Jeznach earned his physical therapy doctorate from Alvernia University in 2018 and has been practicing in Philadelphia ever since. 

Throughout his career Zach has developed interests in treating patients with a variety of conditions and has expertise in treating patients with spinal conditions, athletes returning to sport, and is certified in vestibular and concussion rehabilitation. Zach's goal is to ensure an active collaboration between patient and therapist to provide a unique, individualized experience in order to help return patient's to their optimal health. He has extensive experience treating all musculoskeletal conditions. 

Originally from Reading, PA. Zach graduated from Temple University in 2014 with a B.S in Kinesiology. Outside of the clinic you can find Zach exploring local breweries, playing golf, and having fun with his wife and young daughter! 

emily ralen, pt, dpt, ocs

Emily received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Drexel University, following completion of a Bachelors in Biology from Bucknell University.

Emily has experience treating patients with a wide variety of surgical conditions, chronic pain, vestibular disorders, TMJ, and general orthopedic issues. Influenced by her background as a collegiate rower, she has a special interest in treating patients with rowing-related injuries. Emily is a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist. She believes in taking a collaborative and holistic approach to physical therapy, and she enjoys making programs individualized to her patients’ specific needs and goals.

Emily grew up outside Boston, but now calls Philly home. In her free time, she enjoys staying active in nature and taking hikes with her dog. Emily also enjoys traveling and exploring new places with her husband.

SUSANNAH ROGERS, PT, DPT, schroth cert

Susannah graduated from Temple University with a Doctor of Physical Therapy and has since been practicing within the city of Philadelphia.  

Throughout her career Susannah has helped patients with a variety of musculoskeletal injuries.  With a background in professional dance performance, she also enjoys connecting with fellow dancers and treating related injuries.  She is certified by the Barcelona Scoliosis Physical Therapy School in the Rigo Concept for treatment of scoliosis. Other notable areas of interest and experience include treatment of individuals with chronic pain and TMJ disorders.  Susannah values the relationship between mental and physical well-being and enjoys making therapy sessions relevant to each patient’s unique lifestyle.

Outside of the clinic, Susannah is very active outdoors.  She enjoys skiing, hiking, and road biking.

Alexandra Rosenberg, PT, DPT, cert MDT, schroth cert

Alex graduated with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Arcadia University in 2015 and began her reputable PT career treating patients in center city Philadelphia.  Following a two year term at Yale University treating student athletes and the New Haven community, she permanently returned to her beloved City of Brotherly Love.

Alex finds great pride in her professional credentials and extensive post-graduate training. She is certified in the McKenzie Method (MDT) and is a Vestibular Rehabilitation Therapist and Concussion Rehabilitation Therapist (American Balance Institute).  She holds certification as a Clinical Instructor and is an active member of the APTA. She is also certified by the Barcelona Scoliosis Physical Therapy School in the Rigo Concept for treatment of scoliosis. Over her career, Alex has developed mastery in the treatment of tendinopathies and overuse injuries, as well as distinction working with female athletes.

Alex grew up an athlete and played collegiate soccer at William Smith College, where she graduated with a B.S. in Biology.  When she is not screaming at a Philly sports game, you can find Alex experimenting in the kitchen, crushing it at a HIIT class, or adventuring with her black lab Welly.

Ryan Schmid, PT, DPT, schroth cert

Ryan graduated from Widener University with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2016 and has been practicing in the city of Philadelphia ever since. 

Ryan has received extensive post-doctoral training in regards to concussion and vestibular rehabilitation. He has a particular interest in providing therapy for patients suffering from cancer.  He is certified by the Barcelona Scoliosis Physical Therapy School in the Rigo Concept for treatment of scoliosis. Ryan’s goal is to provide individuals with cancer targeted and personalized rehabilitation to take control of their lives and help return them to their highest level of function. Additionally, he has expertise in treating patients with varied musculoskeletal conditions.

Ryan is a Buffalo native and moved to Philly in 2013 for graduate school and has called Philadelphia home. You can find Ryan biking around the city searching for the best chicken wings, dancing poorly in concert venues, and trying to convince his son that he’s a cool dad!

Brett semar, PT, DPT

Brett earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Thomas Jefferson University in 2013 and has since been committed to delivering outstanding orthopedic care in Philadelphia.

An accomplished leader and experienced clinician, Brett has completed extensive post-doctoral training and achieved many accreditations. He is a certified Clinical Instructor with American Physical Therapy Association, taking on the role as a teacher and mentor for student physical therapists. His certification with the Titleist Performance Institute affords Brett the opportunity to work with fellow golf lovers, working through injuries and returning to the sport without limitation. Brett has proficiency in post-surgical rehab and excels at treating ACL, rotator cuff, and labral repairs. He has also developed an affinity for helping individuals of all activity levels overcome tendon and overuse injuries.

As a Pennsylvania native- born and raised in Berks County, Brett is an Eagles fan and even bigger Penn State fan. In his spare time, you can find him in a local brewery, on a golf course, or on the couch with his wife pretending he doesn’t like Bravo TV.

Katy vieira, PT, DPT

Katy graduated from Drexel University with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. A Philadelphia native, she is proud to be serving her hometown.

Having dealt with several injuries herself, Katy became passionate about helping people overcome their own injuries while developing a trusting relationship with her patients. She believes in the power of connecting with and guiding her patients in a collaborative effort, empowering them to get back to doing what they need and love to do.

Katy loves to be active and trying new sports, from fencing to dancing. Currently, you may find her running by the river, lifting in the gym, or on the lookout for the best Philly cheesesteaks.
