elena Burek, PT, dpt
Elena completed her BS in Rehabilitation Sciences at the University of Pittsburgh and subsequently graduated from Pitt with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy.
Elena has clinical experience treating a wide variety of patients with musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, and vestibular involvements. She values patient-centered care and a holistic approach in helping all patients reach their desired goals. Additionally, Elena’s lifelong and continued involvement in the sport of gymnastics has led to a special professional interest in working with gymnasts and dancers in the clinical setting.
As a Pittsburgh native, Elena is excited to experience all that Philadelphia has to offer. She enjoys trying all the new restaurants, doing workout classes, and learning to play golf. With a goal to hike in every National Park, she is likely planning out her next trip and is always looking for recommendations!
Santino Gaudino, PT, DPT
Sonny treats a broad spectrum of orthopedic and neurological conditions and is committed to delivering individualized, evidence-based care tailored to each patient's goals and lifestyle. He earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Drexel University after completing a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science at Temple University.
Sonny has a particular clinical interest in the treatment of runners and athletes, with an emphasis on movement analysis, injury prevention, rehabilitation, and performance optimization. He believes successful rehab begins with building strong therapeutic relationships and developing personalized treatment plans that empower patients to take an active role in their recovery and long-term health.
In his free time, Sonny enjoys running along the Schuylkill River Trail, playing and watching all kinds of sports, cooking new recipes, and exploring new food spots in Philly.
Zachary Jeznach, PT, dpt, cert MDT
Zach Jeznach earned his physical therapy doctorate from Alvernia University in 2018 and has been practicing in Philadelphia ever since.
Throughout his career Zach has developed interests in treating patients with a variety of conditions and has expertise in treating patients with spinal conditions, athletes returning to sport. He is certified in the McKenzie Method (MDT) and is a Vestibular Rehabilitation Therapist and Concussion Rehabilitation Therapist (American Balance Institute). Zach's goal is to ensure an active collaboration between patient and therapist to provide a unique, individualized experience in order to help return patient's to their optimal health. He has extensive experience treating all musculoskeletal conditions.
Originally from Reading, PA. Zach graduated from Temple University in 2014 with a B.S in Kinesiology. Outside of the clinic you can find Zach exploring local breweries, playing golf, and having fun with his wife and young daughter!
terry juliano, PT, DPT
Terry earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Drexel University and has extensive clinical experience in outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation. Throughout his career, he has treated a diverse patient population across a variety of clinical settings, managing a broad range of musculoskeletal conditions and functional impairments.
Terry has a particular clinical interest in shoulder rehabilitation and the evaluation and treatment of overhead athletes. He is committed to providing individualized, evidence-based care that emphasizes accurate diagnosis, functional restoration, performance optimization, and a safe return to work, sport, and recreational activities.
Outside of the clinic, Terry enjoys following the Phillies, playing leisure sports, camping and playing with his dog. He is passionate about sports performance and is always looking to grow in the field of orthopedic and athletic rehabilitation.
Ian Maxwell, PT, dpt
Originally from North Jersey, Ian Maxwell graduated from Loyola University of Maryland with a BS in Biology. He earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Rutgers University in 2023.
Ian values treating patients of all kinds and has a true passion for working with athletes. He has focused his clinical proficiencies on developing return-to-sport protocols, return-to-run protocols, and advanced manual therapy techniques. He is currently undergoing an advanced post-doctoral Sports Clinical Specialist residency where he is expanding his expertise of the triage of on-field injuries and the rehabilitation of long term sports injuries using the latest research.
Ian enjoys going out to Philly's best restaurants and playing basketball, running, hiking, and golfing on the weekends.
Brennen Williams, PT, DPT
Brennen received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Drexel University after graduating from the University of Pittsburgh with his Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Exercise Science.
With an educational background in running biomechanics, Brennen has a particular interest in working with runners to help them prevent injury and reach their performance goals. He approaches each session as a collaborative partnership, giving patients the tools, knowledge, and confidence they need to take an active role in their health and recovery. He works with patients across all activity levels and has experience treating a wide variety of orthopedic and neurological conditions.
A Nashville, Tennessee native, Brennen started ice skating when he was two years old and eventually played hockey at Pitt. In his free time, he enjoys staying active, going to the movies, expanding his collection of house plants, and pushing his 50-pound bulldog in her stroller along the Schuylkill River Trail
